SOFT VIBRATIONS

Soft Vibrations is a sonic flight co-created with honeybees and Acid Springfield. Touch sensitive microphones were gently and temporarily installed inside a live beehive, with multiple channels running into the ”bee box”-- an analogue, modular synthisizer created, by Ben from Acid Springfield, especially for this project. The outcome was a live performance and rooftop listening party in Fitzroy, Naarm, Melbourne. These ambient recordings have been released as the Soft Vibrations album.
