Assemble Papers is an online and now print (yay!) journal that investigates the art of living closer together. Topics range across urbanism, design, architecture, music and the environment. I wrote a little piece for them on organic honey vs local honey. The Australian organic standard essentially means that, for city dwellers, you can buy accredited organic honey - but it will never be local. Or you can buy local honey - but it will never be certified organic. Many thanks to editor Rachel Elliot-Jones (of MANY MANY fame) and Peter Dębicki for his beautiful photographs (it's worth a look just to check them out ; )
