We will be extracting honey at Mina Night this Saturday 19 March. Watch us 'uncap' the honey, place the frames in the extractor/centrifuge and spin spin sugar.

This honey was robbed with the owners of Cibi + Minanoie, Zenta and Meg (look here), and will be available for purchase on the night! Super fresh!

It's all about the connections between urban food, pollinators, beekeepers and food retailers who get it.

• Honey Fingers acknowledges First Nations Peoples as the first inhabitants of the nation and the traditional custodians of the lands where we live, learn and keep bees
